A tablet referred to as CBS 14061 describes an incident paralleling the marriage of a god to a human woman. The tablet tells of a young god named Martu who fell in love with the daughter of the high priest(the high priest was a good musician) of Ninab. Martu(Amurru) complained to his goddess mother, “In my city I have friends, they have taken wives. I have companions, they have taken wives. In my city, unlike my friends, I have not taken a wife; I have no wife, I have no children.” Martu’s mother asked him if the woman he desired “appreciated his gaze.” Then the goddess gave her consent to the marriage.

Enkimdu is the Sumerian god of farming, in charge of canals and ditches, a task assigned to him by the water god Enki during his organization of the world.
Enkimdu is in the tablet "Inanna Prefers the Farmer," in which both he and the god Dumuzi are attempting to win the hand of the goddess Inanna. While Inanna is quite infatuated with the down-to-earth farmer, her brother Utu/Shamash attempts to convince her to marry Dumuzi instead. Both Dumuzi and Enkimdu face off in an argument over who will win Inanna. While Dumuzi is aggressive in his arguments, attempting to prove that he is far better, Enkimdu is more docile and peaceful, attempting to resolve the situation diplomatically
The Nephilm... Books about them got twisted just like everything else. When Satan created humanity he and the gods and goddesses that are with him thought humans were beautiful not sinful little creatures that needed to repent their whole life because they were born in sin.
Some of the Gods took humans for their wives and they had children. None of this was looked at as wrong as they loved humans. That is where the Demi gods(is one term ) came from that you hear about so much in Greek Mythology but a lot of that got twisted around too.
